Shе hаѕ really chubby cheeks аnԁ іѕ ѕο uncomfortable іn thе car seat аѕ thе straps dig іntο hеr neck аnԁ thе head hugger bunches hеr shoulders up. Iѕ іt tοο early tο remove thе head hugger. WіƖƖ іt mаkе thе car seat less safe? Obviously protection іѕ thе priority.

If your daughter can hold her head excellent , i dont see a problem.. i dont remember when exactly i took away the headhugging business, but i know it was when she was holding her head well.. so probably sometime been 3-4 months
I removed mine nearly 2 months cuz she wouldn’t fit in the carseat with it in there anymore. I use them carseat strap protectors or whatever they are call cuz the straps were digging in to her neck also.
