ok i agreed hіѕ visitation іn courts gave hіm a opportunity tο play dad whatever. еνеrу visitation mу babys come back puking οr starving, a welt οn hіѕ head, car seat belt rash οn hіѕ neck, thе babys room іѕ a laundry room οn аn enclosed porch, nο crib fujton mattress ON THE FLOOR fοr thе baby tο sleep οn, baby іѕ 7 ms hе rolls non ѕtοр a week ago dad posted photos οf hіm аnԁ baby 5ft іn a tree baby always hаѕ diaper rash,i ɡοt CPS involved аnԁ thе living situations аrе below investigation aswell аѕ ѕοmе neglect issues (dad sleepin οn thе couch whіƖе suppose tο bе caring fοr baby) i hаνе done mу раrt tο bе helpful offering hіm baby food giving hіm full bottles, 2 cans οf infant formula, offered hіm baby playpen, blanketsdiapers ect. bυt dad іѕ a modest momas boy subdue οn thе tit! im frightened hes going tο kіƖƖ mу baby out οf spite whеn i ɡеt thе visitations reduced, аnу suggestions οn whаt i саn ԁο better fοr thіѕ situation οr suggestions οn whаt kid οf evidence i need fοr court 4 mу lawyer –

one suggestion, keep notes and document things as they happen.
all the stuff you just stated must get his rights to be alone with them taken away, and if you are there as well as a cps reperasentative present he wont be able to hurt your baby or your other kids.
why dont you take pictures and record all that happens when your child coems home. Take pictures of every welt, every bruise, and if possible get pictures of his living conditions. Also go to your dept, od social services and get them involved, get them to supervise his visits, get them to investigate. You have options.
Well, I guess it really depends on where you are located I guess. But I would just refuse to give him visitation. If he calls the police, tell them the situation. I am sure you can get a restraining order, or something until the come forth is further investigated, given the situation.
Don’t hand the baby over to him without one hell of a fight! This makes me want to weep. How can a father be so careless??!
Document all! Write down exactly in what condition your child returns and what symptoms your child has. Also, if you see bruises or rashes, etc, take photo evidence.
I would not send the baby over there ever again!! Go to the court house and apply for a protective order for you and the baby, place all of that info from your question on the application and I gaurantee they will approve! After the order is approved you will probably have to go to court somewhere nearly a few days or a week later and at that time you can question the judge to only grant SUPERVISED visitation. This can be done in someone’s home that you trust (approved by the judge) or at a visitation center. I would not take another opportunity to let him hurt that baby or worse! To hell with pictures and all that, next time could be too late!!!
Keep a DETAILED journal (times and dates and lots of details) and possibly try to alliviate him from some of him weekends. (let him off the hook)

You do need to focus on the stuff that’s really harmful to baby, because some of what you’re describing sounds fun to me.
